The Medical Records Internal auditing was done by MRD committee on 04/09/2020 by Mrs.Preethi (Quality Manager), Dr.R.Sumanth Kumar (NABH Co-ordinator), Dr.Raj Prakash(Member) , Mr.Mathioli(QMS assistant).
- Surprise Audit was conducted in Department of Endodontics and Conservative dentistry and also Random checking of OP-cards was done in Medicals Records Department.
- The effective usage of HIS software for patient records management was assessed and proper entry of datas in Patient card was checked.
