On 14.09.2020, Research committee meeting was conducted in periodontology department seminar hall by following government COVID 19 guidelines in presence of member secretaries Dr. Parthiban, Dr, James and Dr. Jaiganesh and all members. The following minutes were discussed during the Committee meeting.
- Annual plan and guidelines for research activity was discussed.
- Comprehensive research cell and research promoting activity was proposed and plans were made to promote collaborative research with other institutions (MOU). It was also decided to encourage and increase Research and Publications in indexed journals by faculty and students in future.
- Research committee activities for 2020-2021 was discussed and it was decided to promote research among UG students (ICMR grants) under guidance of staffs.
