- MRD Committee Meeting was held on 08.10.2020. Implementation of EMR in OMFS department and future plan to implement in all other departments were discussed with admin manager.
- Assistant Quality manager Mr.Mathioli and Matron Mrs.Usha were included as committee members. The report of daily OP card audit was discussed for the month of September 2020.
- It was decided to obtain counter sign from audit member after making the desired corrections and to obtain consent form for COVID -19 & treatment procedure from patients, which is to be maintained by individual departments.
- In addition to regular physical audit of OP card it was proposed to conduct electronic audit by MRD team shortly. It was decided to notify all departments to obtain consent form for scaling & minor surgical procedures.
