ISO internal audit was conducted as per the calendar schedule to evaluate the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) for undergraduate and postgraduate students scope. The audit was scheduled from 04/10/2021 to 09/102021. The audit checklist was updated for the teaching and non-academic process owners. The implementation of process measures was verified by the internal audit team comprising Dr.N.Bharath management representative, Dr.Dhivya, QMS coordinator, Mr.Prabhu Administration Manager, and ISO consultant Mr. Parivel from Vishnu consultancy. The above team members audited the 9 teaching and 14 non-academic departments against the standard checklist. Samples of data were verified. All the process measures with process flow were evaluated by the team members. The observation opportunity for improvement and details of Nonconformities were recorded with evidence and updated to the top management. The details of the audit report and observations will be shared by the consultant.
