The success of an Implant rehabilitation depends on a correct diagnosis which leads to the formulation of a correct therapy plan. Guided surgery involves prosthetic driven implant placement where the ideal position of the Dental Implant is determined based on the final restoration. Digital planning and the consequent guided surgery based on the CBCT data and Intra-oral digital scanning of the implant site, provide us with valuable information of the anatomical structures and topography of the patient and allow us to plan the case repeatedly till perfect positioning is achieved .
